1. General Admission - Admission to the festival is by ticket only. Tickets must be presented at the entrance and are valid for one person only. - All attendees must comply with the festival’s rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in ejection from the event without a refund. - The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or eject attendees for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal. 2. Ticket Purchase and Refunds - All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted, except in the event of festival cancellation. - Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Reselling or transferring tickets may result in invalidation of the ticket. - In the event of festival cancellation, tickets may be refunded at the festival’s discretion, minus any applicable service fees. 3. Entry and Re-entry - Entry to the festival is only allowed during designated hours. Re-entry is not permitted. - Attendees must wear their wristbands at all times during the festival. Lost or damaged wristbands may not be replaced. - Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. The festival reserves the right to search all attendees and their belongings. 4. Prohibited Items - The following items are prohibited within the festival grounds: weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, glass containers, and any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by festival staff. - The festival reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items without compensation. 5. Code of Conduct - Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. - The use of illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited. - Attendees must comply with all local laws and festival rules at all times. 6. Liability - The festival is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, including personal belongings, regardless of the cause. - By attending the festival, attendees assume all risks associated with their participation and waive any claims against the festival, its organizers, and affiliated parties. 7. Photography and Media - The festival may be filmed, recorded, or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the festival the right to use your likeness in any promotional materials without compensation. 8. Changes to the Festival - The festival reserves the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, and other aspects of the event without notice. - In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the festival may be delayed, postponed, or canceled without liability.
